ظلمت اگر که سیر زندگی و زیستن شود

دیگر گذار زمان را زیستن مخوان

جسم و روان تو چگونه بشادی کشا ند ت

خاموشی و سکوت هرگز

بمقصد نمی زسا ندت

من زنده ام اگر که در مسیر گذار زمان

ببینم آنچه دیدنی است

من زنده ام اگر که در دلم هیچ کینه نیست

در من اگر خلوص و پاکی ام

شمشیر فتنه نیست

تا هرکجا و به هر دم بپا کند طغیان و جنگ را

بر جا نهد زخود نام و نشان ننگ را

من زنده ام اگرپاک باشم زتیرگی

هر لحظه از زمان برازنده گذار زندگی

How could your body and soul

Draw you to happiness

The silence and tranquility never get you

 To your destination

I am alive if in the current and passage of time

Can see whatever is visible

I am alive if there is no hate in my heart

I am alive if in purity of my heart is not the sword of antagonism

Which anywhere and in any moment cause upheaval and war?

Leaves behind a shameful name and sing

And deserve the passage of time

این شور نوشکفته شکوفا ن و پر غرور

سر میکشد چو شعله ای تا آ تشفشان شود

می جوشد از درونش نیروی نو رسی

جز خود نبیند جوشش زیستن در کسی

شهوت زمینه ایست که می بیند و جز آن

هر گز مجو دید گاهی دیگر ز یک جوان

در پیچش و گرایش و همگونی و هر چه هست

هر گز مبین که یک جوان

 با رامشش نشست

اعجاب نیست هزار گام نپیموده

 پیش پای اوست

باید که بگذرد ز آ نچه بنمایه بقای اوست

در او بهار جاودان جوانی شکفته است

هر گز کسی ز خزان زیستن با و

چیزی نگفته است

هر جا که می رود از آن ممکن و آ سان گذر کند

از هر پدیده نا شد ه آسوده حذ ر کند

Spurting out as a flame to become a volcano,

A new born puissance boiling from inside,

Seeing himself only seethed over life,

And only passion is the ground for living

Never seek another point of view from a youth

In the twist and fluctuation and unity of whatever exist

Never expect a young settle down in rest

It is not surprising—

 thousand non traveled road ahead of him,

He must pass through what is his foundation of subsistance

Jaillissant comme une flamme de devenir un volcan,
A puissance nouveau-né bouillir de l'intérieur,
Se voyant ne bouillait sur ​​la vie,
